ABC’s by Boodle License Agreement

Product: ABC’s by Boodle Money Management Spreadsheet (“Product”)
Owner: Loddis LLLC (“Licensor”)

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• Use the Product for their own personal financial management

• Input, edit, and maintain personal data within the spreadsheet

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the Product with others

• Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Product

• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works for distribution

• Remove, alter, or obscure any branding, logos, or copyright notices

• Upload or make the Product available on any public or shared platform

4. Ownership

The Product remains the intellectual property of Boodle. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the Licensee.

5. Delivery & Access

Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted access to download the Product. It is the Licensee’s responsibility to securely store and maintain their copy.

6. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete all copies of the Product.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not responsible for any financial decisions, outcomes, or damages resulting from use of the Product.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
